GETTING READY TO MOVE

I always hated this part of getting ready to move every two weeks...so much to do to keep everything from falling and breaking all over the floor. It has been over three months since the last move and I find myself trying to remember what I did with all the bungee cords. Have to use these all over this travel trailer to keep the cupboards closed. and from things on shelves and counters jumping off and committing suicide on the floor. This thing as all Rvs and travel trailers ride rough believe me.

It was so very hard on our two cats Mimzy and Molly as we we traveled. We would always find them huddled under the bed together and they do not even like each other. Shows you the trauma they sustained on these trips. Well poor kitties have to do it once again but at least it is just across the highway and will last maybe a half hour.

Today and tomorrow I will be stuffing items into safe spaces,cleaning,cleaning,cleaning, hauling junk out, hauling stuff to the locker,cleaning,cleaning,and going to laundry mat. Monday we will be pulling this rig out and backing it into a new spot where we will have no more privacy..at least while we are working here Remember though we are keeping the space here and looking to get a small travel trailer to sit on it till we can return permanently.

The thing is I still consider us boon dockers even if we are going to host in a RV camp for awhile. Most boon dockers unless they are loaded with money have to work at times and many host these type of places.

We will be exploring the area more as there is a lot to discover and see and we will take you with us on these trips through pix and mini movies. There are Indian reservations, and we are only 28 miles from Mexican border so can tell you about our dealings with the border Patrol. Actually very nice men and women and all seem to be under thirty. We will show you some of the people living in this area and some of the strange businesses that exist here. I promise you... that you will not be bored.

Because being so busy the next few days my words will be few but will show many pix from our trip.
